My name is Ron S. Johnson, and I’m passionate about helping businesses grow and increase their margins. With years of hands-on retail experience—starting as a clerk at a “Five and Dime” and later managing my own small business—I’ve developed a deep understanding of what it takes to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.

Today, I partner with several premium manufacturers and distributors, offering and demonstrating high-value, often unique or specialized tools designed to improve efficiency and performance. My approach is hands-on and customer-focused, ensuring businesses like yours get the right tools to succeed.

A Little More About Me

I come from a retail background with the world’s largest retailer, the largest farm retailer in the united states, Ag Co-ops, and independent business management. I completed management training programs, and lead teams that achieved record-setting sales and profit growth.

My experience includes business ownership, new business establishment, multiple retail management, and 2-step distribution sales leadership for both retail and industrial sectors.

At one farm supply retailer, my team earned the company’s top award for overall sales and profit performance. We also exceeded monthly sales goals consistently, setting a regional record that stood for nearly three years.
